1st night my son&I had to accept a 1 king room w/jacuzzi 13-236 I think. From checking in until check out, nothing but room problems. When I reached out to the concierge team 1st&let them know to see if there was any kind of birthday packages or any kinda of 'Hello,welcome to Las Vegas or Happy Birthday balloons in the room' nothing was offered or suggested.
This trip was my son's 29th birthday &his 1st time going to Las Vegas.
